Shape Fold
Shape Fold is a calming, clever puzzle game where every piece is physically connected by hinges. Unlike a traditional jigsaw puzzle where pieces float freely, here you must rotate and fold interconnected shapes until they collapse into a recognizable image or object.
The challenge comes from the physical restrictions of the hinges. Pieces will block each other if folded in the wrong order, forcing you to think about space and sequence. It’s a slow-paced, methodical brain teaser that rewards patience over quick reflexes.
Controls
The entire game is controlled with the mouse or touch screen. Click and drag a piece to swing it on its hinge. Let go to drop it into place.
Tips that actually help
- Unfold completely first: At the start of a level, drag all pieces outward as far as they can go so you can see every shape clearly without them overlapping.
- Look for edge pieces: Identify pieces with straight, flat edges. These usually form the outer border of the final shape and give you a solid starting point.
- Work from the outside in: Fold the largest, most restrictive pieces first. Smaller pieces often need to tuck neatly inside, which is impossible if they are folded early and block the bigger sections.
