Bloons Tower Defense 3 is a classic strategic defense game where you build an army of monkeys to stop endless waves of colorful balloons (Bloons) from escaping. Each wave gets progressively harder, introducing new types of Bloons like fast yellow ones, lead Bloons that resist sharp projectiles, and massive MOABs.
You start with a limited budget and must strategically place towers along the winding path. As you pop Bloons, you earn money to upgrade your existing defenses or buy more powerful towers, balancing your economy against the increasing threat level.
Controls
- Mouse / Touch: Click and drag towers from the right panel onto the map.
- Left Click: Select placed towers to view or buy their upgrades, or change their targeting priority.
Strategy Tips
- Location is everything: Place short-range towers like Tack Shooters on inside corners or loops where they can hit multiple parts of the track at once.
- Prepare for Lead Bloons: Lead Bloons start appearing around wave 20. Make sure you have Bomb Towers or upgraded Spike-o-pults ready, as normal darts cannot pop them.
- Use Road Spikes in a pinch: If a few Bloons slip past your defenses, drop Road Spikes at the very end of the track to save your remaining lives.
