Energy Energy

Rotate wire tiles to connect the current and light every bulb in Energy, a calming, no-pressure circuit puzzle that gets trickier each level.

Energy is a quiet circuit-building puzzle: every level is a grid scattered with disconnected wire fragments, and your only job is to rotate them until the lines join into a single unbroken path and every bulb on the board lights up. There’s no timer pushing you and no way to lose — you just click or tap a piece, watch it snap a quarter-turn, and keep adjusting until the current can flow from source to bulb.

The opening levels are simple enough to solve by eye, but the game keeps introducing new kinds of tiles and extra power sources, so later boards ask you to route several separate circuits through the same tangle of lines without crossing them incorrectly. Finish a level and the lit-up path resolves into a small picture, which is a nice payoff for a game that’s otherwise built around a minimalist grid and a calm soundtrack.

Controls

Click or tap a line segment to rotate it. That’s the entire control scheme — there’s no dragging or keyboard input involved, just repeated clicks to cycle a piece through its possible orientations until it lines up with its neighbors. If you get stuck, the lightbulb icon in the corner offers a hint.

Tips that actually help

  • Start from the fixed power source and work outward one connection at a time, rather than rotating pieces at random — the puzzle is much easier to read as a path than as a grid of loose tiles.
  • Leave any tile that already looks correctly connected alone; re-clicking it just cycles it away from the solution.
  • When a level has more than one bulb, trace each circuit separately before assuming a single fix will solve both at once.
