FNF B-Sides is a fan-made mod for Friday Night Funkin’ that reimagines the original game’s entire soundtrack as “B-side” tracks — the same melodies reworked with lo-fi textures, shifted tempos, and muted colour palettes in place of the base game’s bright primaries. If you know the original songs well, hearing them play out differently is the main hook; if you’re new to FNF, the more relaxed BPMs on many tracks make this a gentler introduction to the rhythm game formula.

Gameplay works the same as the base game: coloured arrow notes scroll upward and you press the matching arrow key the moment each one reaches the target line. Boyfriend must out-perform each opponent to keep his health bar up; too many missed notes end the round. The mod demands real timing rather than raw reflexes, so accuracy tends to improve quickly once you stop watching the characters and start watching the note stream.
