God of Light is an atmospheric physics puzzle game that invites you to guide a charming little glowing creature named Shiny on a quest to restore light to a darkened universe. Your goal is to guide beams of light through dark caverns, reflecting and bending them off of mirrors, prisms, and other optical devices to hit the Source of Life. As you progress, the puzzles become increasingly complex, introducing splitters, filters, teleporters, and even gravity-warping black holes.

Every level is a slow-paced, atmospheric test of angles and logic. You will search the darkness to find reflective surfaces, planning a path that not only activates the final destination but also collects up to three hidden fireflies. The relaxing ambient music and glowing visuals create a soothing, immersive experience, making each breakthrough feel both satisfying and rewarding.

Controls

Desktop (PC): Click and hold the left mouse button on Shiny to aim the initial light beam. Click and drag mirrors, prisms, and other objects in the environment to rotate them and redirect the beam of light.
Mobile (Touchscreen): Tap and drag Shiny or the various optical objects on the screen to aim the light beam and rotate the reflectors.

Tips that actually help

Scan the darkness: Start by sweeping Shiny’s light beam across the entire level. This reveals hidden mirrors, prisms, and fireflies that you might not see in the dark.
Make micro-adjustments: If your beam is close but not quite hitting the target or a firefly, make tiny, precise movements to the angles of your reflectors. A millimeter change at the source can make a massive difference at the end of the chain.
Double-duty reflectors: Some mirrors and prisms can reflect or split light in multiple directions, or be hit by multiple beams. If you run out of active elements, see if an existing one can serve two purposes.
