Traffic Escape! from FOMO Games drops you into a tiny parking lot packed nose-to-tail with cars, trucks, and vans, and gives you exactly one way out. Every vehicle in the grid only moves in one direction — the one its arrow points — so the puzzle is never about steering, only about picking which car to move next.
Early levels are quick, one-idea puzzles: clear a couple of cars and the exit lane opens. Later ones stack the grid tighter and add “boss levels” with denser layouts, and there’s a Level Race mode that pits your clearing speed against four other players racing the same board.
Controls
Click a vehicle on desktop, or tap it on phone and tablet, to send it sliding forward until it hits another car or the edge of the grid. There’s no dragging or steering — each car only travels along its own fixed axis, so the whole game comes down to sequencing.
Tips
- Trace the exit lane back from the gate first. The car sitting directly in that lane is usually the one everything else has to clear out of the way for.
- Work the edges of the grid before the middle — cars along the border usually have somewhere to go immediately, and clearing them opens space for the ones boxed in deeper.
- On boss levels, expect to shuffle a car two or three times before the exit lane actually opens; don’t assume one move per vehicle is enough.
It suits short sessions well — most levels solve in under a minute once the pattern clicks, and nothing carries over if you close the tab mid-puzzle.
