10×10 Classic is an engaging and relaxing grid-based block puzzle game that tests your spatial awareness and strategic thinking. Set on a clean 10×10 grid, the goal is to place various geometric shapes to form complete horizontal or vertical lines. Unlike other fast-paced falling block games, there are no timers or gravity here, letting you plan every single move at your own pace.

Each turn presents you with three distinct blocks of different shapes and sizes below the grid. Once you place all three, a new trio appears. The game continues as long as you have enough room to fit your current pieces on the board. Finding the perfect balance between clearing existing rows and maintaining open areas for larger upcoming blocks makes every session both satisfying and challenging.

Controls

• Desktop (PC): Click and drag the blocks from the tray below the grid using your mouse cursor, then release to place them onto the grid.
• Mobile/Touchscreen: Touch, drag, and drop the blocks directly using your finger.

Tips to Master the Grid

• Keep a 3×3 Space Open: Large square blocks (3×3 grid size) are the most common cause of a sudden game over. Always try to preserve a large enough area on your grid to accommodate these bulkier shapes.
• Clear Lines in Both Directions: Do not just focus on horizontal rows or vertical columns. Clearing them in both directions simultaneously keeps the center of the board open and prevents dead zones.
• Plan the Order of Placements: Evaluate all three available blocks in your queue before placing the first one. Placements that seem optimal individually can easily block subsequent shapes if placed in the wrong order.
• Avoid Isolated Empty Squares: Placing blocks in a way that leaves single, disconnected empty tiles makes it incredibly hard to fill those gaps later, as single-block shapes are rare.
