SUPERHOT Prototype is the legendary proof-of-concept first-person shooter that started a revolution in the action genre. The core mechanic is simple yet mind-bending: time moves only when you move. If you stand completely still, bullets freeze in mid-air and enemies halt in their tracks. But the second you take a step, aim your gun, or pull the trigger, the world springs into hyper-speed. This turns a traditional fast-paced shootout into a strategic puzzle where every single action must be calculated to survive.

Set in a minimalist red, white, and gray environment, your goal is to eliminate all the red crystalline enemies in each level. Armed with limited ammunition, you must dodge incoming bullet trails, punch enemies up close to steal their weapons, and throw empty guns to disarm distant threats. A single hit will shatter you instantly, forcing you to restart the level, making every encounter a high-stakes test of reflexes and spatial awareness.

Controls

WASD or Arrow Keys: Move (advances time at normal speed)
Mouse: Look around and aim

Tactical Survival Tips

Take it slow: When bullets are flying, stop moving completely. Take your time to assess the situation, look around, and plan a path between the bullet trails.
