Stumble Guys puts 32 players into a sequence of randomized obstacle courses and trims the field after every round. The courses throw spinning hammers, tilting platforms, slime pools, fans, and moving barriers at you simultaneously — clear each one ahead of the cutoff and you advance; fall behind or get knocked off and you’re eliminated. The last few Stumblers left go into a final round, usually something compact and punishing, where one player ultimately survives.

Sessions run short by design. A full match from lobby to winner might take ten minutes, and the individual rounds are even quicker — the obstacle gauntlet is over in under two minutes whether you finish or get knocked into the slime. That pace makes it easy to pick up and put down. The catch is that other players are live obstacles too: a perfectly timed shove from a stranger can end a run that had been immaculate up to that moment.

Controls

  • Move: WASD or arrow keys
  • Jump: Space
  • Dive: Shift

On mobile and tablet, use the on-screen buttons to move, jump, and dive.

Tips

  • Dive across gaps. A dive (Shift) carries more horizontal distance than a flat jump. Use it over gaps that look just out of reach.
  • Hold back at chokepoints. Narrow bridges and funnels clog with players at the start of a round. Waiting a beat lets the crowd clear instead of bouncing you backwards.
  • Watch the obstacle, not yourself. Spinning hammers and rotating fans have readable cycles. Lock your eyes on the obstacle’s rhythm and move when the gap opens — reacting to your own character’s position is always a beat too late.
  • Dive on downhill slopes. Sliding into a dive on a descent covers ground quickly and keeps your hitbox low past hazards that sit at running height.
