Dodge traffic and leap across floating logs to guide your frog safely into home bays in the classic arcade action of Frogger.
Frogger
Frogger is the timeless arcade classic where split-second timing and spatial awareness dictate whether you survive or end up flattened. Your mission is simple yet grueling: guide a lone frog from the bottom of the screen across a busy five-lane highway and a dangerous river into one of five safe home bays at the top.
Each run demands nerve and grid-based precision. One mistimed jump lands your frog directly under the tires of a speeding truck or into churning water. As you successfully fill home bays, the movement speed of vehicles and logs accelerates, turning every crossing into a thrilling test of rhythm and foresight.
Controls
Movement in Frogger uses single grid-step leaps in four directions:
- Arrow Keys / WASD: Hop Up, Down, Left, or Right
- Touch / Mobile: Swipe or tap in your target direction to leap
Tips for Crossing Safely
- Watch Turtle Submersion Cycles: Diving turtles periodically submerge beneath the surface. If you are standing on a turtle when it dives, you will drown—always time your jumps so you land on bright, floating shells.
- Mind the River Current: Logs and turtles carry your frog laterally across the screen. Stay centered on floating obstacles so the current doesn’t drag your frog off the screen edge.
- Secure Difficult Bays Early: Clear the far-left and far-right home bays during early stages while traffic patterns are slower, saving the easier central bays for faster, high-stress rounds.
- Watch for Hazards: In higher stages, keep an eye out for alligator heads and snakes appearing on logs or inside open bays before leaping.

Appreciate the tips, this helped me improve my run.
