IZOWAVE – Build and DefendBuild turrets, manage power grids, and defend your base against escalating night waves in IZOWAVE, an isometric survival strategy game for browsers.
IZOWAVE – Build and Defend
IZOWAVE – Build and Defend drops you into an isometric open area with a single core goal: expand your outpost while surviving increasingly ferocious enemy waves. Gameplay alternates between quiet preparation and high-tension combat. During calm periods, you collect resources, construct defensive perimeter walls, and deploy automated turrets to shield your base.
Strategy in IZOWAVE relies heavily on logistics rather than simple button mashing. Turrets require a continuous supply of electricity from power generators, as well as ammunition reserves to stay operational. Balancing base expansion against resource consumption creates constant tactical decisions, making every survived wave feel earned.
Controls
IZOWAVE uses standard keyboard and mouse controls for movement, placement, and structure management:
- W, A, S, D: Move your character across the map
- Left Click: Build selected structures or attack
- Right Click: Cancel building or deselect tools
- E or U: Upgrade target structure or skill
- R: Repair damaged buildings
- Backspace: Demolish a structure
- N: Skip waiting time and trigger the next wave
- + / –: Zoom camera in or out
Tips for Base Defense
- Protect Your Power Grid: Always place generators and power lines behind reinforced defensive walls. If your generators go down, connected turrets immediately stop firing.
- Automate Ammunition Supply: Build ammo depots near active defense lines so turrets do not run dry during long nighttime assaults.
- Upgrade Character Skills Early: Invest in movement speed and gathering efficiency during early waves so you can collect building materials faster before heavy enemy waves arrive.
- Don’t Overextend Your Perimeter: Keep your base compact initially. Expanding too quickly creates long defensive lines that are difficult to supply and repair simultaneously.
IZOWAVE suits players who enjoy real-time base management, resource logistics, and wave survival games. If you enjoy tactical building under pressure, start a run and see how many nights your fortress can withstand.
