Run 3An endless runner set in space: steer a small alien through rotating tunnels, using wall gravity to dodge gaps as levels get faster and harder.
Run 3
Run 3 is a space-based endless runner where you control a small alien sprinting through tunnels that stretch out into the void. The central mechanic is gravity rotation: steering onto a side wall tilts the entire tunnel under your feet, turning walls into floors and opening up escape routes around gaps that would otherwise be impossible to clear. That one idea — using the tunnel’s geometry rather than just jumping over everything — is what gives the game its depth and keeps it from feeling like a straight-line reflex test.
There are two ways to play. Explore Mode lays out a branching map of individual levels, each a short tunnel with its own tile arrangement and gap pattern; finishing a level unlocks the paths connected to it, and some routes hide new characters or lead to Power Cell caches. Infinite Mode skips the structure entirely and generates a tunnel that never ends, gradually accelerating until you fall. Both modes reward the same habit: reading the ground two or three steps ahead, because the moment a wide gap surprises you at speed, it is already too late to react cleanly.
Controls
- Keyboard: Arrow keys or WASD — Up / W to jump, Left / A to move left, Right / D to move right.
- Mobile / tablet: Tap the left or right side of the screen to steer; swipe up to jump.
Tips
- Rotate into the gap, not away from it. When a gap appears ahead, steer toward the edge rather than veering away — rotating the tunnel brings a safer path of tiles underneath you. Running away from a gap often leads to a worse one.
- Look further ahead than feels natural. Speed increases as you progress, and last-second inputs rarely connect. The players who go furthest are reacting to what is two beats out, not what is directly underfoot.
- Try the Skater for Infinite Mode runs. The Skater moves faster than the default Runner, which sounds like a handicap, but the extra momentum carries you across wider gaps. Once you adjust to the looser steering, survival times tend to improve.
- Pick up Power Cells in Explore Mode. They accumulate across runs and unlock characters in the in-game shop. The Pastafarian, for example, generates a light bridge over gaps — a significant advantage in the later, wider levels.
