Traffic Jam 3D
Traffic Jam 3D is a sliding-block puzzle game where the entire board is gridlocked and your job is to get the red car out. Every vehicle on the grid — cars, SUVs, and long trucks — sits facing either horizontal or vertical and can only slide in the direction it faces. You drag pieces back and forth one at a time, unjamming the chain of blockages standing between the red car and the exit.
Puzzles start with sparse boards you can clear in a handful of moves, then grow denser as more vehicles pack the grid into tight deadlocks. The real satisfaction comes when you spot that one truck you have been ignoring that turns out to be the whole key — slide it out of the way and four other pieces suddenly have room to move. The 3D view keeps the grid easy to read, so the challenge stays on the logic rather than the layout.
Controls
- Mouse: Click any vehicle and drag it along its axis to slide it.
- Mobile / Tablet: Tap a vehicle and drag in the direction it faces.
Tips
- Trace the chain of blockers backwards from the red car — find what’s directly in its lane, then what’s blocking those pieces, and solve from the outside in.
- Trucks span three cells. Moving a truck often clears room for two or three smaller cars at once, so they are usually the piece that breaks a stuck board open.
- If you keep circling the same moves, look for a vehicle you have not touched yet. Almost every deadlock has one overlooked piece that starts a cascade.
