Build And CrushStack blocks into structures, then tear them apart with earthquakes, TNT, and tanks — a multiplayer browser sandbox where both halves are the point.
Build And Crush
Build and Crush is a multiplayer browser sandbox split into two distinct phases — and the appeal lives in both. The building phase gives every player the same set of blocks and a ticking clock. You raise whatever you think will hold: a squat bunker, a wide platform, a tightly packed tower. Then the mood shifts: Crush Mode opens and a full set of destruction tools becomes available.
The physics engine is what keeps it interesting. Earthquakes ripple up from below, TNT punches holes through walls, tanks roll through at ground level, and meteor strikes arrive from above. Blocky structures tumble in sections rather than all at once, so a well-placed charge can trigger a slow, satisfying chain collapse. In multiplayer, you are unleashing all of this on structures that real people just spent the previous phase building — which gives the destruction actual weight.
Controls
- W / A / S / D or Arrow Keys — Move
- Mouse — Aim and look
- Left-click — Place or remove blocks; activate tools
- E — Open the tool and options menu
- Spacebar — Jump
- Shift — Sprint
On mobile and tablet, on-screen touch controls handle movement and interaction.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
- Build low and wide, not tall. Towers are the first things to go — earthquakes and tanks tear through vertical structures from the base up. A wide, flat layout takes considerably more to level.
- Place TNT at the foundation. A blast mid-structure removes a section; a blast at ground level undercuts everything above it.
- In multiplayer, study the other builds during the build phase. Knowing where the weak points are before Crush Mode begins means you can go straight for them when the timer flips.
