Run 2 drops you on a series of rotating platforms suspended in deep space. The path twists as you move — segments tilt, gaps open without warning, and the tunnel walls curve until a wall you were hugging moments ago becomes your floor. Gravity follows where you run, not where the screen points, and that inversion is the whole puzzle.

You choose between two characters before each level. The Runner is responsive and easy to stop precisely — good for tight landings and unfamiliar routes. The Skater covers ground faster but carries noticeable momentum: a small input takes a beat to translate into lateral movement, and on narrow platforms that delay costs lives. Neither is simply better; the Skater rewards players who already know a level’s shape.

Controls

  • Left / Right Arrow — move sideways
  • Up Arrow — jump
  • Spacebar — pause

On mobile: swipe left or right to move, swipe up to jump.

Tips

  • Move to the wall before the gap, not after. When a hole appears directly ahead, steering onto the curved side wall one step early keeps you on solid ground — the tunnel’s curvature becomes a shortcut around the obstacle.
  • Read three platforms ahead. The camera pulls back far enough to show what is coming. Reacting to what is underfoot rather than what is approaching means guessing every jump.
  • Use the Runner on levels you don’t know yet. The Skater’s speed advantage matters most when you understand the layout. On a first attempt, that extra momentum turns early gaps into unnecessary restarts.
  • One jump is usually enough. Most gaps close in a single jump. Pressing up again mid-air often overshoots the landing platform rather than saving you.
