ZOOM-BE is a cooperative puzzle-platformer where you and a friend guide two escaped zombies through a dangerous, trap-filled laboratory. Instead of playing as the heroes, you control the undead test subjects as they work together to outsmart guards, avoid lasers, and find the exit in each puzzle room. Because the two characters have different abilities, you cannot finish a level without combining their strengths.

A typical round involves constant coordination. The larger zombie can smash through obstacles and handle the heavy lifting, while the smaller, faster zombie can jump higher and slip through tight spaces to activate switches. Whether you are sharing a keyboard with a friend or controlling both characters solo, every room is a test of logic, timing, and the golden rule of the game: never leave your buddy behind.

Controls

Player 1 (Large Zombie): Use the Arrow Keys to move, press Up to jump, and Down to kick or break objects.
Player 2 (Small Zombie): Use the WASD keys to move and press W to jump.

(If playing solo, one player can operate both sets of keys to navigate both characters.)

Tips that actually help

Use the big guy for combat: The larger zombie is the only one who can kick. Use him to break through wooden barriers or take down guards so the smaller zombie can pass safely.
Scout with the small zombie: Since the smaller zombie is faster and jumps higher, he is perfect for reaching high platforms or slipping through narrow vents to hit door switches.
Don’t leave anyone behind: Both zombies must reach the elevator to complete the level. If one gets trapped or destroyed, you will have to restart the puzzle.
